If you need to save some time this week, you can sub in a can of black or pinto beans for the dried beans.
The chicken is for the ramen recipe, and if you’d like to add more protein to the Fall Tacos, save some after it is poached and shredded.
Fresh ramen noodles are better than dried, and if you can’t find a package by themselves, they often come with a soup seasoning packet which you can omit.
